Register of Bonds
The Bank maintains the register of bonds issued on the domestic market by the National Treasury Management Agency, the Housing Finance Agency, the European Investment Bank and Ulysses Securitisation plc.
Euroclear
The settlement function for Irish Government Bonds (and other bonds for which we act as registrar) was transferred to Euroclear on 4 December 2000. However, we continue to hold the Register for these bonds and to effect related dividend and redemption payments. We also facilitate transfers of securities holdings between Euroclear participants and accounts maintained on the Bank’s register.
