The Central Bank of Ireland acknowledges the decision of the Luxembourg financial services regulator, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (the "CSSF") with regard to ARM Asset Backed Securities S.A. (“ARM S.A.”). ARM S.A. has securities listed on the Regulated Market of the Irish Stock Exchange. These securities were suspended from trading by the Central Bank of Ireland in November 2010 and continue to be suspended while the regulatory process in Luxembourg is being completed. Due to the complex multi-jurisdictional nature of ARM’s operations, the CSSF, the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and the Central Bank will continue to work together in close cooperation.
