Central Bank publishes a revised version of the Central Bank Prospectus Handbook and a revised version of the Central Bank Transparency Guidance.

On 19 November 2018, the Central Bank published a revised version of the Central Bank Prospectus Handbook and a revised version of the Central Bank Transparency Guidance (as set out in the document entitled “Transparency Rules” available on the Central Bank website).

The Prospectus Handbook and Transparency Guidance were updated to reflect system changes as a result of upgrades to the Central Bank’s document management and workflow system. The revised Prospectus Handbook here and the revised Transparency Guidance here come into effect from 19 November 2018.
