ESMA welcomes proposals following the ESAs Review

On 20 September 2017, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) welcomed the European Commission’s proposals, following the outcome of its review on the operations of the European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs).
ESMA will study the proposals with interest and await the outcome of the co-legislative process.
The response to the consultation was submitted on 30 May 2017.
