The Central Bank of Ireland recently issued a letter to industry in relation to Brexit contingency planning for Investment Funds. This letter sets out considerations which investment funds and their managers should be mindful of when planning for the impact of the UK’s withdrawal from the EU and the fulfilment of their obligations to their investors.
