Today, the Central Bank published a Consultation Paper (CP121) on proposed amendments to the Central Bank Market Abuse and Transparency Rules and their consolidation into Central Bank (Investment Market Conduct) Rules. The Central Bank invites stakeholders to provided comments on the questions raised in the Consultation Paper on or before 22 September 2018.
