On 27 November 2019, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) published the responses it received to its consultation on aligning the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (MiFIR) requirements to the changes introduced by the revision of the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR Refit).
