The Fitness and Probity Regime applies to persons in senior positions, known as Controlled Functions (CFs) and Pre-Approval Controlled Functions (PCFs), within Other Financial Service Providers (RFSPs) and certain holding companies.

There are currently Prescribed CFs and PCFs for RFSPs other than credit unions and certain holding companies are listed below.
