Aligned with the Bank Executive (BE) grade and salary scale, these roles will offer successful candidates excellent career opportunities working at the heart of Ireland’s financial system. Successful candidates may be placed in a suitable role in a number of our business areas across our Regulation, Conduct, Central Banking and Operation areas, including – but not limited to – Supervision/Authorisation/Inspections across the Banking, Insurance and Markets sectors.

What We are Looking For

We are seeking people who:

  • Are recent holders of primary and post-graduate degrees (level 8 on the NFQ). Most relevant academic qualifications would be finance, accounting, risk management, legal, mathematics, economics, statistics and data analytics.
  • Are currently working, or have worked, in the financial sector and want to contribute to shaping the changing landscape of financial services in Europe.
  • Are passionate about doing more than just a job  and are seeking a career with real purpose and impact.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with others.

Our Selection Process

The selection process for these roles will be ongoing between January and February 2018. Candidates will be shortlisted based on how their application demonstrates the skills, experience and motivation we are seeking for these roles. The overall selection process will include aptitude testing and a competency-based panel interview.

  • Stage 1
    Apptitude testing – online aptitude tests (numerical and verbal reasoning)
  • Stage 2
    Face-to-face competency-based interview
