Application Forms for UCITS
The Application Form(s) required depends on:
- The legal form of the UCITS (e.g. unit trust, investment company, common contractual fund)
- The structure of the UCITS (e.g. an umbrella / standalone fund)
- The approval required (full UCITS or compartment (sub-fund(s) applications)
- Standalone UCITS and new UCITS sub-funds of existing UCITS umbrellas should be submitted through ORION, using the relevant UCITS ORION application forms. For UCITS umbrella applications use the forms listed below
