Central Bank confirms application of statement made by ESMA as regards open access requests under Articles 35 and 36 of MiFIR

On 16 June 2020, the Central Bank confirmed that it will apply the statement recently issued by ESMA as regards the matters that it expects NCAs to consider in assessing open access requests under Articles 35 and 36 of MIFIR in the context of COVID-19.
