Regulatory Technical Standards for approval and publication of the prospectus and dissemination of advertisements effective 24 March 2016

Please be advised that Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/301 of 30 November 2015 supplementing Directive 2003/71/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards for approval and publication of the prospectus and dissemination of advertisements and amending Commission Regulation (EC) No. 809/2004 was published on 4 March 2016 in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall come into force on 24 March 2016.  A copy of the Regulatory Technical Standards are available here.
