On 24 March 2016, the Central Bank published a Twelfth Edition of the UCITS Q&A.
ID 1057 has been amended to make reference to the publication of guidance entitled “Umbrella funds – cash accounts holding subscription, redemption and dividend monies”. New questions ID 1060 and ID 1061 have also been added dealing with the Central Bank’s updated Guidance entitled “Umbrella funds – cash accounts holding subscription, redemption and dividend monies”. A new question ID 1062 has been added dealing with the Securities Financing Transactions Regulation.
