On 12 February 2016, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) held an open hearing on its Consultation Paper published on the 28th of January 2016 on two sets of draft Guidelines to be issued by ESMA under the remit of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse (MAR).

The open hearing will take place on Monday the 29th February 2016, from 10:00 to 12:30, in the Auditorium, ESMA, 103 rue de Grenelle, 75007 Paris.
