ESMA publishes responses to the Consultation on indirect clearing under EMIR and MiFIR

On 21 December 2015, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) published the responses received to the Consultation on indirect clearing under EMIR and MiFIR.
The Consultation shall apply from 3 January 2016.
