Submit or Amend the CFV Beneficial Ownership Details

A completed template must be filed via the Central Bank of Ireland’s Online Reporting System whether this is a first filing or an amendment to a previous filing to the Beneficial Ownership Register of Certain Financial Vehicles (CFV).

A new Beneficial Ownership Template will be available for download on Monday 14 November 2022. All CFV are obliged to resubmit their Beneficial Ownership details using the new template from this date. The template has been updated to reflect the legislative requirement to validate Beneficial Ownership information provided by CFV.   

Beneficial owners must be listed consecutively in the ‘BOR’ worksheet with no blank rows in between. Please populate the rows consecutively.
