Central Bank of Ireland is pleased to announce a call for papers for the 2025 Economics Winter Workshop. This event will take place in our North Wall Quay building and provides an annual forum for economists - both domestic and foreign-based - to connect and discuss current issues related to our Research Agenda.
Our Research Agenda covers a wide range of topics, including many new, as well as long-standing issues, relevant to small open economies with complex financial systems. These engagements are a key contributor to our open and engaged Strategy and both enhance the quality of our policy positions and economic advice while contributing to the delivery of our Mandate.
This Workshop builds on the success of our 2023 and 2024 events and the organising committee invites submissions from researchers working on topics that address the questions and themes of our Research Agenda.
Submission Details
For consideration in the Workshop, papers must be submitted by 20 August 2025. Please email your paper to [email protected] with “Economics Winter Workshop” in the subject line.
