Rules and Guidance applicable to Supervisory Disclosures
The Capital Requirements Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 (CRR, as amended) and Directive 2013/36/EU (CRD, as amended) came into effect on 1 January 2014. The CRR is directly applicable to all Member States while the CRD has been transposed into Irish national law via Statutory Instruments 158/2014 [European Union (Capital Requirements) Regulations 2014] & 159/2014 [European Union (Capital Requirements) (No.2) Regulations 2014], both as amended.
Pursuant to Article 143(1)(a) of CRDV, competent authorities shall publish the information on texts of laws, regulations, administrative rules and general guidance adopted in their Member State in the field of prudential regulation.
