Future euro banknote design proposals - have your say Euro Banknotes Survey Options

The European Central Bank has revealed the ten shortlisted designs for new euro banknotes and everyone in Europe is invited to have their say by taking part in a public survey.  

These design proposals are based on two different themes – “European culture” and “Rivers and birds”.

Designers from all over Europe have reimagined how our new euro banknotes may look like.  Over 1,200 applications were received from graphic designers and an independent jury, composed of 21 experts, shortlisted ten design proposals.

The online survey is open to everyone who lives in Europe, and it will remain open until 21 September 2026.
