Solvency and Financial Condition Reports (SFCRs)

• All insurance and reinsurance undertakings are required to disclose publicly their SFCR, in accordance with (and pursuant to) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35 which supplements S.I. No. 485 of 2015 - European Union (Insurance & Reinsurance) Regulations 2015.
• The board of directors of an insurance undertaking or reinsurance undertaking has the ultimate responsibility for compliance with these Regulations and other laws applicable in the State adopted pursuant to the Directive, in accordance with Regulation 43 of the S.I. 485.
• The Central Bank of Ireland makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the quality, accuracy or completeness of the information contained in any SFCR, and assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever to any party in respect of any loss or damage arising in connection with reliance on, or use of, the information contained therein.
• The Central Bank of Ireland has created this repository for the sole purpose of facilitating access by interested parties to publicly disclosed SFCRs through a single access point.
• Since 2017, the Central Bank of Ireland has made available consolidated tables of key information (at an individual undertaking level) and a complete repository with the data contained in the quantitative templates appended to the individual SFCRs.
