Authorisation process for AIFMs managing loan originating AIFs

In advance of the effective date of AIFMD II, the Central Bank has published a streamlined application process for the extension of authorisation of AIFMs which manage loan origination AIFs. Details are available on the Central Bank website relating to AIFM post authorisation changes.
