Transparency Regulations: New Submission Requirements for OAM Filings - European Single Access Point (ESAP)

From 10 July 2026, new submission requirements will apply to issuers filing regulated information with the OAM - Euronext Dublin. These requirements arise from ESAP and include formatting and metadata requirements for submissions required under the Transparency Regulation.

Issuers are advised to familiarise themselves with these new requirements to ensure they are in a position to comply with their filing obligations from the effective date.
