Publication of the Amendment Regulations (S.I. No. 322 of 2026), containing amendments to European Single Access Point (ESAP) Regulations (S.I. No. 33 of 2026).

ESAP SI No. 4 has been signed by the Minister for Finance and was published in "Iris Oifigiúil" on the 14 July under the name S.I. No. 322 of 2026 - European Union (European Single Access Point) (No. 4) Regulations 2026. ESAP SI No. 4 reflect an amendment to the section 33ANF(2) and now references “insurance holding company” and related entities instead of “investment holding company” and “parent undertaking”. Section 33ANF now enables the Central Bank’s enforcement capabilities in relation to insurance holding companies, administrators, or liquidators.
