On 13 March 2017, the Central Bank published a revised AIF Rulebook March 2017.  As a consequence of the publication of the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement Act) 2013 (Section 48(1))(Investment Firms) Regulations 2017 the chapter of the AIF Rulebook relating to Fund Administrators has been deleted.
