Updated authorisation process for AIFMs managing loan originating AIFs and finalised filing process for updated documentation of existing UCITS & AIFs

The Central Bank has updated the streamlined application process for the extension of authorisation of AIFMs which manage loan origination AIFs (previously published on 29 January 2026). In addition, the Central Bank has finalised the process for streamlined filing of updated fund prospectuses and/or supplements and constitutional documents.
