The Central Bank has published the the Feedback Statement to Consultation Paper 155 – Consultation on ELTIF chapter in the AIF Rulebook.

The Feedback Statement sets out additional information on the submissions received to the consultation and the subsequent revisions that have been made to the ELTIF chapter in the AIF Rulebook.

ELTIFs seeking authorisation from the Central Bank will be subject to the requirements set out in the ELTIF chapter.
