Central Bank publishes updated AIF Rulebook to include ELTIF chapter

The Central Bank has published an updated Alternative Investment Funds Rulebook to include a new chapter for European Long Term Investment Funds (ELTIFs).
The ELTIF Chapter sets out the requirements related to ELTIF specific restrictions, supervisory, prospectus and general operational requirements and annual and half-yearly reporting.
