The Central Bank has published the Feedback Statement and responses to Consultation Paper 162 on proposed amendments to the Central Bank Alternative Investment Fund Rulebook (AIF Rulebook).
Pursuant to the outcome of the consultation the Central Bank has today also published the revised AIF Rulebook (PDF 1.58MB).
