The European Commission has published a notice (“Commission Notice”) on the interpretation and implementation of certain legal provisions of the European Green Bond Regulation. The Frequently Asked Questions document contains clarifications on certain disclosure requirements in relation to EU Green Bonds, including in relation to the use of the designation “European Green Bond”, the use of proceeds, fact sheets and prospectuses.
