ESMA registers European DataWarehouse GmbH and SecRep B.V. as Securitisation Repositories

On 25 June 2021 the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) approved the registrations of the first two securitisation repositories (SRs) under the Securitisation Regulation (SECR). The registration decisions became effective on 30 June 2021.
