Central Bank of Ireland response to the European Commission’s public consultation on the review of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive

The European Commission is currently reviewing the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) and launched a public consultation.
On 29th January 2021, the Central Bank of Ireland responded to that consultation and the response has now been published.
