Entry into force of revised MiFIR legislative text on 28 March 2024

The Central Bank notes that the revised Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (MiFIR) text enters into force on 28 March 2024.

The European Commission published a draft interpretative notice to provide clarity to market participants on the MiFIR transitional provision on 27 March 2024.
