The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) published updated Questions and Answers (Q&As) on the European crowdfunding service providers for business Regulation (ECSPR) on 8 March 2023.
The purpose of this document is to promote common supervisory approaches and practices in the application of the ESCPR.
The current update is to Section 5, General Provisions of the Q&As and relates to the provision of payment services.
