ESMA updates its EMIR Q&As

On 30th May 2018, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) updated its Questions and Answers (Q&As) regarding the implementation of the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR).
The Q&A provides clarification reporting to trade repositories.
