Remarks by James O’Sullivan at the Certified Institute of Fund Directors Annual Conference on 29 September 2023

Publication of remarks delivered by James O’Sullivan, Head of Fund and Firm Authorisations, Fund Supervision Division, at the Certified Institute of Fund Directors (CIFD) annual conference on 29 September 2023 in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Golden Lane, Dublin.  The event, for alumni of the CIFD programme, included panels related to matters such as ESG / Climate Risk, and Operational Resilience. Mr. O’Sullivan delivered an address at the conference which set out the Central Bank’s Regulatory & Supervisory Update for the Irish funds sector.
