ESMA analyses use of derivatives by UCITS equity funds

On 30 September 2019, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the EU’s securities market regulator advised that it conducted a study, on 10 September 2019, on the use of derivatives by UCITS equity funds in collaboration with researchers from the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
