On 4 December 2019, the Board of Supervisors of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) appointed Robert Ophèle, the Chair of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) of France, as the Acting Chair of ESMA’s Central Counterparty (CCP) Supervisory Committee.
