ESMA issues opinion on accepted market practice by Spanish CNMV

On 19 September 2019, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) issued an opinion supporting a revised Accepted Market Practice on liquidity contracts notified by the Spanish market regulator, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV).
