The Central Bank of Ireland in accordance with Article 16(3) of Regulation EU No 1095/2010 (the ESMA Regulation) has confirmed to ESMA that it complies with two sets of ESMA Market Abuse Guidelines:

• MAR Guidelines on legitimate interests of issuers to delay the disclosure of inside information and situations in which the delay of disclosure is likely to mislead the public
• MAR Guidelines on persons receiving market soundings
