On 3 October 2016, ESMA published a Consultation Paper on RTS specifying the scope of the consolidated tape for non-equity financial instruments. ESMA invites comments on all matters in the paper and in particular on the specific questions summarised in Annex I. ESMA will consider all comments received by 5 December 2016. This Consultation Paper may be of particular interest for potential consolidated tape providers (CTPs), potential users of CTPs as well as trading venues and approved publication arrangements.
