ESMA appoints a new member to its SMSG

On 11 July 2019, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) appointed a new member to its Securities and Markets Stakeholder Group (SMSG).
Morten Bruun Pedersen, Senior Economist at the Danish Consumer Council has been appointed to the vacanct position in the SMSG, following a call for candidates published on 5 April.
He will take up the position starting 1 August 2019.
