Forms for MiFID Firms

From the 24 September, applicant Firms seeking an authorisation and all other post-authorisations under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) will be required to submit application related documentation through the Central Bank Portal.

Please note that the Central Bank of Ireland's new Fitness and Probity regime will come into effect on 1 December 2011.
