Central Bank guidance
titled ‘Fund Administrator – Outsourcing of Investment Fund Administration
Activities’ in the investment funds section of the website has been revised as
a consequence of the publication of the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement
Act) 2013 (Section 48(1))(Investment Firms) Regulations 2017. Guidance in
relation to outsourcing by administrators is now located under
Fund Service Providers here.
