Filing of Regulated Information

Regulated information which must be filled by an issuer or shareholder with the Central Bank under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (the Regulations) and the Central Bank (Investment Market Conduct) Rules 2019 (the IMC Rules) should be forwarded by email to: [email protected].A submission template must be submitted with each filing of regulated information.
