Application Forms for UCITS

The Application Form(s) required depends on:

• The legal form of the UCITS (e.g. unit trust, investment company, common contractual fund)
• The structure of the UCITS (e.g. an umbrella / standalone fund)
• The approval required (full UCITS or compartment (sub-fund(s) applications))
• Standalone UCITS and new UCITS sub-funds of existing UCITS umbrellas should be submitted through ORION.  UCITS umbrella applications should be submitted through the Central Bank Portal.

Please note that if your application is to be submitted through ORION, please use the below application forms. The responses to any questions that have been answered on ORION should be marked as “N/A”.
