Central Bank of Ireland will host an online webinar for industry stakeholders and interested parties following the launch of Consultation Paper 166 – Prohibition Notices under the Fitness and Probity Regime.

The Central Bank is seeking feedback on supplemental guidance, on our Prohibition Notice procedures and the information session will provide an overview of the guidance and the consultation.

Stakeholders can provide valuable input as part of the consultation process, with the consultation remaining open until 25 March for written submissions.

Any written submissions received will be considered and may result in changes to the supplemental guidance prior to finalisation.
