| Additional Information | This scam is an example of an ‘advanced fee fraud’, where a payment is sought upfront prior to providing a loan. The loans are never provided. The firm cloned the details of a Central Bank authorised firm and has been seeking to impersonate and pass itself off as the legitimate Stalwart Investments Limited, with an operating name of Loan365, in order to deceive consumers. It should be noted there is no connection whatsoever between the Central Bank authorised firm and this scam entity. The services of the legitimate Loan365 can be accessed through the Loan365 application available on both the Android Play Store and the Apple iOS App Store. |
