| This is an example of an ‘advanced fee fraud’, where a payment is sought upfront for the purpose of obtaining a loan which is not provided. The Unauthorised Firm cloned the details of a Central Bank authorised firm, Stalwart Investments Limited trading as Loan365, and has been seeking to impersonate and pass itself off as the legitimate firm, in order to deceive consumers. It should be noted there is no connection between the Central Bank authorised firm and the Unauthorised Firm. The services of Stalwart Investments Limited trading as Loan365 can be accessed through the Loan365 application available on both the Android Play Store and the Apple iOS App Store.
